Despite numerous calls to Vodafone I still cannot connect to the site while using Vodafone data . “ this site is not secure ......”

It’s fine when connected to WiFi .

Has anyone had similar issues & how have you over come it ?

Weirdsville South Coast Dorset

You need to ask them to remove the adult content blocker or use a vpn

If your phone provider can't fix it. A vpn is the way to go.

Use VPN hub. Download that and it’ll sort you out .

Go onto your Vodafone app, choose Manage bars + extras, choose Bars and Data Alerts.

And see if your 18+ button is on or off.

I'm on Vodafone and it works perfectly, but I have disabled SecureNet and obviously lifted the age restricted content bar.

Occasionally it will still do this even with age bar deactivated

To get around it log in through the desktop site on your mobile - that seems to circumnavigate the issue for me

Apparently there’s a secondary ‘hidden’ block/restriction that needs to be removed. I had the same issue for ages then finally called them and had them investigate the hidden block.

In the meantime just flick to airplane mode then back. Works most times.

I've been rebooting and this fixes it, I will have tory the airplane mode as its less annoying

My Vodafone mobile contract auto renewed and they reactivated the age restrictions without informing me. I could not deactivate them via the app so had to do it via the chat function.
