We've just (25/april 14:30) updated the mobile web app.

We've improved the message delete options. You can now delete messages when viewing any list of messages (so, inbox, sendbox and saved).

In the message list, just tap the right side of the message where the delete "bin" icon is and the message will be instantly deleted. Don't worry though, you'll be given the option to undo if you've made a mistake.

We've taken this approach over a "tick-box" approach because we think it's quicker, more suited to touchscreen on mobile as it stops you having to scroll up/down to the delete button after making the selections.

don't like the interface, the original was much better, is there an option to still use

Presume you mean the mobile site rather than the improved delete, which is subject of this thread?

If you scroll to bottom of mobile web homepage, tap the "Desktop Site" link down there and you'll be transported back to the desktop/www site
