Why do I have to put in a pin code as well as my log in details, seriously not amused as flipping time consuming!! Wouldnt accept my profile name either, had to input my email address in instead!

Not happy at all

It would have done exactly the same if you'd logged onto the main site, it asks this if there have been more than a certain amount of failed logins. We appreciate it is an inconvenience but it helps keep accounts safe from anyone running brute force attacks against them.

Understandable but I only clicked once and it came up automatically for two days. Not happened today so maybe a glitch somewhere?

It's more likely to be that the OP is on a shared IP (lots of people are) and that IP has had sufficient failed logins to trigger the extra security.
