It's worth downloading a different web browser, to compare with the one pre installed on your phone. Do they both have problems?

In Android, go to Settings, then go to Apps & Notifications, then to Permissions, where it lists your apps and lets you pick which apps, such as your browser, can have access to your location info.

When you browse via Android to Fab, it will ask you if you give permission for Fab to get your location info.

This is exactly what I did, realised that duck duck go wasn't allowed access to location, and no option to give it access.

Switch back to Google and it all works again as that has location access

Genuinely this location thing is a joke now. I've used a different portal and it's ok the 1st time then says I need to give permission but all of my other apps and search engines work fine.

Just turn your location services on in the pull down menu at the top of your screen XXX

It turns on all location Access for every website
