Security code on login

Heaven in the Midlands

Anyone else having to type security code as shown before login on mobiles. We're putting in security code but it just generates a new one.

Someone queried it under verification code in the standard site forum area. Others say it happens from time to time

Thanks. I did find that thread eventually. Problem is he can't get past it. Whenever he types in code it generates a new one continuously. Sent a msg to admin. Course they dont answer so hooefully they will just fix.

I wondered if it might help if he cleared his fab cookie from his browser and then accessed the site again? He'd need to addhis username and password again. I'm assuming that most users, most of the time, aren't getting this problem recurring, so thought it could be something at his end.

He could also download and try a different web browser, so that he can compare results.

He's on the mobile but i think its fixed.
