Photo upload not working android

Can't seem to upload any pics. The problem has been persistent for the last 3hrs or so.

When I select upload there's an error page that follows. Looks like a 102 error saying the site can't be reached or has moved location.

A fix would be welcome.

have you changed anything in your settings recently?

Ended up having to clear cache and cookies, but it's working again at least.
