Activate location for andtoid

On my galaxy phone trying to access who is online near me although I've ticked the box on website I can't find how to activate it on my phone

Yep...I had that problame too. You need to change your browser.

I now use Firefox and location works fine...

Firefox doesn't work for me. All location permissions enabled. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is how I've made it work on my last 4 Android phones.

Goto Settings - Apps. Scroll down to your chosen browser and select(not the settings icon). Click permissions and ensure that location is switched on.

you have to allow your Web browser to see your location so for example if you lose Google Chrome go into the Google Chrome settings and make sure location is turned on, same applies to whatever browser you use, before you set it though clear Web history and cache
