Check your browser/location access settings, at some point you’ve maybe pressed “reject” when you’ve had a message like “fabswingers.com wants to use your location”.

You’ll need to reset Chrome location permissions for fabswingers.com, you’ll have pressed reject at some point when it’s asked something like

“Fabswingers.com want to use your location”

Go it’s chrome settings and try and find something along the lines of “site settings” or “Permissions” or “Location” etc. Then allow the site access to your device location.
