Send message button vanished

When replying to a message I've found that a longer reply causes the 'Send Message' button to vanish from the mobile app.

Any ideas?

Yes we are finding the same. If you click on the attach a picture the send message button will drop down to below the box. You need to do this before the button disappears though. Hope this makes sense and helps.

Can you upload a screenshot please for Admin? It will be rejected but leave it in your gallery and get in touch with Admin from the CONTACT button so they can see whats going on please

THis happens with us - we are both on Android devices

If you rotate the phone then rotate back the button re-appears !

Yes it's true, that's how I get around it. I think it also happens when doing veris too

High Wycombe

Switch on "auto-rotate" setting if it's off. Rotating 90 degrees will then give you a bigger msg box with the send button below.
