Perhaps the network have age restrictions in place? Try contacting them to remove them.

Out of interest, was it clear, when you followed the link above, that it was O2 that were blocking it?

I've been pointing people to that post, but I've never had an issue, so I've no idea what it shows!

It did show that O2 were blocking the site dud to age restrictions and showed links how go resolve it

could be the adult content on your service provider or if you're using wifi the WiFi provider
