Try changing your browser, i had the same issue so i tried firefox as my browser and it now works fine. Hope this helps ..

I'm having the same problem but on our phones a samsung A3, location is on but site won't recognise that. Don't have the information buttons that are suggested. Not tech savvy either. Suggestions in idiot proof format please!

Samsung uses its own browser it doesnt use internet explorer or firefox etc. If you download firefox and use that to surf the web (get on fab) it should allow location services without a problem. I had same issue on S7 and it fixed my issue. Hope this helps..

Samdung browsers that cant find location.

Open browser

Log out of fab on browser

3 dots at the top right

Settings

Clear your private data

History

Passwords

Log back into fab using browser

Meassage will appear asking if browser is allowed to know your location

Yes

Itll work then
