Even tho clicked stay signed in on screen you don’t stay signed in and have to resign in every time you look at it?

If you are you browsing using private browsing (e.g. in safari or whatever) then the "remain logged in" stuff doesn't work, because it wipes all cookies upon closing the private browsing window.

If you're not using private browsing please advise what device/browser and we'll have a look
