Samsung J3 (No location?!?)

Hey everyone.

I have a Samsung J3. My location is on according to my phone apps. I can't seem to get this to work. The instructions say 3 horizontal lines click on it...don't have that.

I clicked on 3 dots...location is on it says but not registering with the site.

Can anyone help me please?

I just wanted to find local cock. But got a headache now
