I'm not sure about you guys but I think the HOT page is kind of flawed, it's the same people with the same photos with a month apart.

A way of preventing this happening could be to hash protect duplicate images. If if an uploaded image matches one which is already uploaded, if gets denied. If an image appears on HOT and gets deleted, there should be a 30 day window where the user cannot post the same photo from deletion. I know my stated system has flaws too, but just a suggestion!
