You'd need to submit a change request to admin, so that your profile type is changed from single to a couple type profile.

You’re presuming is a female partner lol.

Why not just make a couple profile or as has been suggested change your existing one to a couple profile. It is annoying when single profiles are really couples.

Set up a separate couples profile - all you need is a different email address

I have this profile as well as our couples profile
