If you list the phone manufacturer, model, operating system and browser, someone may be able to help.

I think it's old instructions for a Samsung as the instructions worked for me around 4 years ago.

Access Fab through Chrome with the GPS and it should work.

Your device location needs to be enabled. Disregard the advice on the site. Any problems with this are nothing to do with the site.... it's the settings on your phone.

If you're using android mobile site and the default browser, ie chrome, you should see three dots (or possibly lines) on your screen top right. Tap on them.

Then scroll down and tap SETTINGS.

Then look for SITE SETTINGS and tap on it.

This will take you to a screen with permission settings. Go to LOCATION and see if fab is listed. If it's blocked, TAP on FAB and then you should have an option to CLEAR & RESET

Hope that helps

I take it your on Android, ignore all of previous instructions! Use Google Chrome it should already be on your device, you can then use the location setting. Took me ages to figure this out.
