I had this with my Samsung phone - I resolved it by going onto Google maps and allowing it to access my location. Hey presto - it sorted the problem!

It's possible, subject to having the correct settings and there not being a known issue.

What phone, web browser and operating system? Will help others advise. Trying a different web browser from the store may do it. Ensure your location permission settings are good for the browser and this site.

Others have mentioned looking through this forum to see if anyone had the same or advice that could fix your issue.
