I'm lost see how it says to allow location you need to tap on the 3 vertical lines ? I don't k ow where these are or even of they are talking about on this site or on my phone in generAl, I've already went on to allow location in my settings! Can ayone help please x

Try going through Google chrome, this is the only way it works for me. For myself at least I believe the instructions refer to an older version of Android.

If Gingers advice doesn't help, you could add your phone model and operating system information .
