We going to need more info. What your phone make and model and what browser do you use ? Are you certain that GPS is turned on in the phone ?

This often comes down to App permissions. You may need to allow the Browser App to use location services. Alternatively try downloading an alternative browser such as Google Chrome.

If you're using the Samsung browser, try switching to Chrome. And make sure you give it permission to allow Fab to access your location, when prompted.

Sorry to hijack but we are having the opposite problem ie; whenever we refresh the home page it always shows it as been on when we don't want it to. No matter how many times we turn it off in either of our phones it seems the default setting is on, which isn't what we want..... any ideas? (Galaxy S7 and S5)
