Why can't I access who's near... Doesn't recognize my phone.. apparently

You have to check that your phone is getting the location correctly.

When prompted, you have to give your browser permission to pass your location to Fab. If you've previously refused permission, you'll have to find out how to allow it.

Other forum users will be better able to offer advice if you tell us the phone model, operating system and browser.

What phone, operating system and browser?

Sometimes trying a different web browser will cure it. Ensure you accept permission for it and fab to use your location, as user above mentioned.

My loco is on.and google maps is ok it takes us where we want..but on see who near on fab it says loco is not on ..

Go to homepage and click on who's near on/off let's you check if your phone is set correctly

Looking at your profile, it looks like your location is probably correct. Remember that those that it shows may be near you just now, but live at the other end of the country.

For instance, at the moment, the closest person to me is "Within half mile", but based in London.
