Tells me it can‘t establish a secure connection, or the website is using weak encryption

Sounds like you've had adult verification turned on with your network. You''ll need to contact them to get adult sites approved. They've randomly started switching it on for customers.

This happened to me. Said I had no internet connection but could access other websites. Phones network provider and got access to 18+ sites.

Use opera browser or opera vpn (free) this gets round blocks.
