I am having trouble receiving Push Notifications for messages, it used to work on this phone (Samsung S5) but has stopped working... is the system still operating?

Cheers.

Doesn't allow me to switch on notifications either, would be handy to stop us checking the phone every 10 minutes when chatting to people

Seems to be working sometimes on my phone, Sony Xperia M2. There have been times when I've checked the setting and seems to have turned off without me doing it. Turned it back on, started working fine and now works intermittently, delay in receiving messages as well at times. Hope this helps.

I'm also having problems with my Galaxy S5 (on Firefox). There are no options at all to receive push notifications.

It works fine on my HTC phone but not at all on my Galaxy.

Can someone @ Fab please answer the thread-comments and let us know if you can offer a fix?

Thanks

Have you tried on chrome browser?

Samsung made a change to default to their own browser which has buggy support for stuff like this. We're looking at workarounds and we'll post an update when we're done

Had the same prob on my S6. Googled the website & logged in again. It asked me permission so I clicked yes & when I clicked on the button it let me enable notifications
