Using a samsung galaxy. On here its says unable to access gps. If i open a second tab open fab guys i get who is near straight away

That sounds like you haven't given your browser permission to pass your location to Fab.

Which browser are you using? You could try doing an Internet Search for something like "how to modify permissions for individual websites in xxxxxx browser", replacing xxxxxx with the name of your browser.
