It's not just them....many are experiencing problems. Mine have been great up till about 2 weeks ago and won't change from that location. I've cleared cache and done everything they suggest in support but to no avail. Samsung Note.

There is another problem going on as both my phones register that im I'm 250 miles away when log into fab .....its strange. Just retried it about an hr ago and no change.

Exactly!

It seems that there's a well known problem with Samsung's default browser, which may include the Note, have you tried Chrome.

I don't have a Samsung, so I'm only going on what I've seen in the forums. Seems an update a few weeks ago screwed up the location facility in the default browser.

I've not seen a Note specifically referred to.
