Slow and response time

Mobile app is running slow .... Delays when hitting buttons .... Constantly brings up my (copy, define and share buttons) highlighted text when I'm trying to move around the screen .... It's a complete nightmare and is taken the enjoyment of using your mobile for this site ....

Got message saying my phone cant be found, it's nokia 920 how do i rectify this?

Reception is poor for mobile signal in my area. With talk talk who use vodafone. Thanks.
