Who is near..on off..or broken?

So for me without setting change has stopped working..cleared history. Confirmed on..reload website.. sign in..turn off who is near..turn on who is near and instantly without looking to actually check..get same notice..has this service stopped on the site?

Ok found problem hopefully put as sticky..

In Chrome: press on top right three vertical dots, settings, site settings,location, find this site link, press on it, press on delete and reset blue box. Come back to site turn off on near by feature. Sorted should work..
