Changing Personal Details

For 2 days now I've been trying to change my display name (not username) and whenever I try to save I get a alert saying I need to enter the first half of my post code (Even though it's already in) so I re-enter postcode save changes SAME ALERT everytime am I missing something, doing something wrong or is anyone else have this problem?

There have been a few posts about PostCode difficulties on the mobile site. Admin are investigating. Have you tried making the name change on the desktop site?

I need to change my username as im getting harassed at work they've found me! I only changed it monday and I need to change it again today but no one can help!!? Any ideas

You can only change once every 7 days, and only 4 times in a year.

I'd suggest contacting Admin, using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page, and explaining.

I've done that and got a generic reply! Really need to change it ASAP!

If you're using Opera browser, there's a bug in a version of it. Try another browser it will work OK

Hide your profile for a few days until 7 days is up, that will stop workmates viewing.

But if being harassed in work place, report them to your management.

If they have hot listed your account, they will still know who you are even if you do change user name
