i am aving same problem with my phone where it was ok last week but this week its been really hard to get location fixed.

Have you tried clearing the location setting in your browser and then trying again. I find touch wiz gets jippy if you decline google and then try and acess another site with location access like here, a complete start from scratch location wise seems to fix it
