Type of phone, any error messages, how far through the process you get etc.

Nokia Lumia..It doesn't let me get anywhere,i press browse,and it doesn't budge??!!

I haven't got a Lumia, but on my phone, you have to go into settings and give your browser permission to access your phone gallery.

Why not just send them via the email option??? We all have a private ID email address assigned to our accounts... Pics are verified just as quick as they would be if you uploaded them!
