It's worth accessing Fab from a different web browser such as Opera and comparing the results. You'll still have to change your device settings permissions, to give the new browser location permission. And, in the browser, such as Opera, for Fab to have location permission too. Tell us what you did and your results

A) mMake sure on your phone settings that you allow for your location to be used.

You will find it under Settings Location if you have an Android phone.

The go to the "How is near by" page and there you will find the link to update your location.

I will say this site is slow to update for some reason it can take hours.
