My public photos don’t appear on app

Hi, so some of the photos that we have set to “public” don’t appear on the app despite them being not rude at all. For example a photo of my wife’s bare legs, showing nothing else but her bare legs. Whilst other site users have far more revealing photos that do show up on the app. Why is this and how can I make them visable? The show up on the web page but not the app. Thanks
