Has anyone had any issues with new message Push Notifications turning themselves off?

I wasn't getting notifications a couple of weeks ago and discovered the settings was turned off. I turned it back on and they started again.

Same thing today, missed a couple of messages today by being logged off, logged in just now and push notifications turned off again.

Push notifications are fine for me but my email notifications are being temperamental: before they were instantaneous with the push notifications.

Now, however, email notifications are lagging, sometimes they appear an hour/s after I receive message a on Fab...and often not in order or out of sequence.
