Even though location sharing is on in settings, maps etc work no problem, fab says its not turned on , any ideas please, we use samsung andriod

Have you tried an alternative free browser, such as Opera? You'd need to give it location permissions and then Fab too, in this browser

Never had this problem before with my iPhone but it’s stopped working and using my location even though it’s switched on.

working fine on my samsung, you do need to give it permission to access location the very 1st time you use it.x
