Can only view fab when using WiFi and won't load when out and about!

Anybody point me in right direction to alternate my settings as I presume that's the problem.

Changed phone couple weeks ago and old phone was fine.

I had the same issue - it was my network providers security settings as it automatically blocks sites it seems not suitable for u18’s. I turned this setting off and it worked fine - give that a try.
