Say what steps you've taken to try to fix it.

Easy step is to download a separate new web browser such as Opera and get it set up for location and then compare.

I just got mine sorted by calling ee and explaining the exact problem. Go onto fab and click on the paddlock icon at top on the left side. Now click on permissions above location. Sorted. Very grateful to Welsh guy on phone, he was lovely.

I had the same problem.

Switch browser to something like Firefox.

Works now

WHEREVER I LAY MY HAT

Same problem. No padlock. Tried a different browser. Still doesn't work.

Location works just peachy for everything else (oh and used to work for Fab in the past too)

Ok I just had the same problem and managed to fix it,

Go to Settings on your phone

- Location

- App Permissions

- Scroll down to Chrome and click it

- See all Chrome permissions

- Nearby Devices

- Click 'Allow'

Then come back onto Fab, click 'see who's near' and then a pop-up should appear asking to give permission for Fab to access your location, click allow and you should be all sorted.
