Pretty much every time I go to login on my phone at the moment I have to do a captcha... any particular reason/cause?

I do have a VPN and thought that, but it goes away for a day and the. The next day it constant captchas again.

I get it most days and don't currently have a VPN. Have seen it more since I switched broadband suppliers last year.

I think this is related to the “Limit IP Address Tracking” setting on your WiFi connection. When it’s turned on, the mobile site can’t see where you’re connecting from, so it treats every new login as if it’s from a new device/location which triggers the Captcha.

I get it every time when I login from home, but it doesn’t happen if I’m using something like a hotel WiFi where the IP tracking isn’t disabled.

Do you get it on mobiles and computers, or just one type?

Perhaps posting your tech type would be helpful, as well as if it occurred on all browser types?
