Been chatting to a single male on our couples profile and told him he should chat to Liz on her single profile but was unable to find her username so asked her to look for him and she was unable to find him? Not sure if it’s some sort of filter as both haven’t blocked each other as never spoke

If you take the URL for your own profile and change the text which is your own username for his username it should show up, unless blocked etc. Did you try this way? Assuming he's not left the site.
