Does anyone else keep getting logged out on the mobile app? Iv changed my password and it's still happening!

What mobile device are you using?

Probably a cookie issue, you need to check the settings to see if they are allowed etc.

We are getting the same , I have an iPhone and not deleted cookies or touched the cache and its seems to be only happening with the mobile site app

Was fine up until a week or so ago and now always having to log back in and not having to do it with any other sites that have saved log in details

Check the cookie settings iOS has had a bug in past where it randomly changes settings

You will probably find its another app which is causing it.

If I stay logged in but then launch another app, when I go back into safari it logs me out. Only on certain apps though.

I'm on iPhone, would you believe as a 'youngen' I have no idea over anything to do with settings!lol I will check my cookies now though! thanks!

Silly silly iPhones! I'm refusing to update to IOS6 because iv heard its not great, wish I'd never got the iPhone or IPad! Give me a Nokia 3210 anyday!lol

I'm an iTunes loser you see...my phone hasn't been plugged in since the day i got it because I don't understand it lol everyone tells me it's easy but I just can't seem to use it! Iv heard some people's phones have been wiped and I don't think I use iCloud because i dont understand how that works either lol so don't have anything backed up, plus I don't want to lose google maps! Wouldn't believe I work on computers every day would you lol

You don't need to connect to iTunes tu update your iOS. You can do it straight from your phone using your wifi connection. You can download google maps as a free app.

No you won't, but to be honest you really should connect it to your iTunes and back it up. They aren't the most reliable bit of technology

There's a new and updated Google maps for IOS6... And it works fine for me.

I'm just concerned that I haven't plugged my phone into iTunes for so long and I don't have photo stream on or am I even sure that my iCloud is working that the update will wipe my phone completely, iv always updated my iOS and never had a problem but I heard some pretty bad stuff about iOS6 wiping people's phones

There's a new and updated Google maps for IOS6... And it works fine for me.

I updated to ios6 no issues, and know several people who had no issues either.

Before updating, connect to iTunes, should get pop up message to say update avail, click on, it should then ask back up and update, click yes, this backs everything from your phone to pc before updating, so stuff can be put back on should worse case scenario happen and phone gets wiped.

iTunes is very easy to use once you know how

iOS 6 is fine...you can backup on iTunes and on iPhone.....would offer to help in person

Thanks for the replies guys, the laptop I use for my iTunes isn't mine you see I foolishly bought an iPad rather than a laptop so the idea of all my photos etc (being on here you can only imagine my picture gallery) I don't really want them on someone else's laptop. So I don't back up my phone, im going to have to take the plunge eventually when there comes a time when I want an app that is only ios6 compatible but il cross my fingers and hope for the best lol x

Only time the mobile site logs me out is if i open the (bad oo) app, or occasionally go from wifi to 3g or vice versa.
