you can allow locations on the device you're using. I googled it yesterday and followed the instructions and got mine sorted and it was quite easy. hope this helps

I’ve been trying for weeks to sort my nearby location and failed, location is set on. It shouldn’t be difficult but it’s ruining my experience. I’ve got an iPhone se2020.

I got the smart phone version on my MacBook so if I can get it you should be able to, Google it thats what I did
