Phone isn't picking up location

Help android phone not using t location feature even tho I've ensured The locale permits are correct Via Chrome and Firefox

Any help offered would be much appreciated thank you for making this site betteer

Have you experimented with an alternative browser, such as Opera or Edge, to compare? Obviously you'd need the correct location provision permissions for the browser and fab.

Check app permission in your device settings if you've given consent.

Turn location off then back on

Check Maps knows where you are. You can calibrate by having Maps open doing moving your phone through a figure of 8 in the air. Also make sure your apps are all up to date.

I think this may be a site problem. I've just started getting the message that my location isn't showing. I haven't changed anything and it's working fine in Fabguys.

Same problem, checked phone settibgs etc even went into phone shop guy said should all work as location etc all on but no joy, so just given up

I've noticed that location is working but not updating your location when you drive to a different town .Have to mess about turning location on and off and muck about with Google maps before it eventually updates your location.

After ages trying to sort this out I have finally got it sorted. When I went to Who's near it would tell me it couldn't find my location. Weird as was working fine in Fabguys. Followed the instructions but without success until now.

On my android phone went to settings, site permissions then, right at the bottom, exceptions. I cancelled all, went back into Fabswingers which then asked for permission to track. All sorted. Shame it didn't happen before I went away for a few days!

I have the same issue. I'm told my phone is not giving access to location, but I've checked in the browser and in my phone settings and location is allowed in both. Working fine on Fabguys, but not here on Fab.

I've sorted it out by clicking on the padlock at the top of screen and found that site had been blocked from location.
