Sound in chat rooms

When I view a cam in the chat rooms the sound quality has recently dropped to where it sounds like a dalek talking, is it a problem for others as it’s a bit of a turn off.

Well I solved it, eventually. I have been trying to get my cam to work on my iPhone and read somewhere that Chrome blocks the camera so I tried DuckDuckGo and the camera now works, also if the sound is distorted opening the camera clears the problem immediately, two birds with one stone.
