I have followed the instructions as I stopped you using my location but I still can't be located. Please can u help? I have an iPhone

Go to settings, safari, advanced, web site data. Then clear it. Now try

I'm having the same problem. I perused the website whilst in London over the weekend and then thought there was no point in "using my location" so pressed "no". Now, no matter what I do the site/app "nearby" thinks I'm still in London (actually Norwich). Everything is on "yes" and have deleted and reinstalled the app too

It's not an app it's a mobile web site there is nothing to delete. Try what I said above
