I have followed the instructions as I stopped you using my location but I still can't be located. Please can u help? I have an iPhone

Go to settings, safari, advanced, web site data. Then clear it. Now try

Why? Are Samsung that jealous of Apple that they give out instructions with their phones on how to trade it in for an iPhone!

I'm having the same problem. I perused the website whilst in London over the weekend and then thought there was no point in "using my location" so pressed "no". Now, no matter what I do the site/app "nearby" thinks I'm still in London (actually Norwich). Everything is on "yes" and have deleted and reinstalled the app too ((

It's not an app it's a mobile web site there is nothing to delete. Try what I said above

Have the same issue with the site. Having said no once, I can't get to show location again, stuck in Stockport now !
