I had a similar issue as reported a lot recently. My phone (Samsung Galaxy number) wasn't sharing its lociaton and the help on the fab page didn't.

If opening sites with chrome:

Open the settings in chrome. (you may have to go to "open in chrome" then click on the top right pages icon, from there the three dots.

Go to site settings.

Location.

In my case, fab was auto blocked. I granted permission and it worked.
