Just started happening to me on Safari too, definitely nothing changed… (and the location services help is no use as it’s years out of date…)

It's always the device that's unable to pin point your location so check the settings accessibility for other sites and if needed clear old files this collection of junk log out of fab first then once done above it should reboot when you log back to this site it does ask for location
