The app is free to use. Are you trying to upgrade? In which case you can text/call or use both credit/debit cards. Any problems use CONTACT link at bottom of page to Contact us direct. Admin x | |||

If so, take your phone and ID into the shop (e.g. vodaphone/o2 or whoever you're with) they can allow adult access. Admin x | |||

"I have the same problem, when at home I connect to WI fi, but when out and about on3g it won't let me connect. I popped into o2 store, gave my mobile number, he did something on till, I got a text with 4 digit code, he entered that on till then explained it couldn't be changed, I am back to square one. " Did you ask why it couldn't be changed to allow adult access? I would go back and try again, sounds ridiculous! Admin x | |||

"He showed me on screen, said where it was to be changed that it was unavailable" I would go back and try again (to another store if you have one local), and if they say it's unavailable ask why. Admin x | |||
