Not quite sure what you mean here? The app is free to use. Are you trying to upgrade? In which case you can text/call or use both credit/debit cards.

Any problems use CONTACT link at bottom of page to Contact us direct.

Ah... wonder if your mobile network is requiring you to enter credit card for age verification? If so, take your phone and ID into the shop (e.g. vodaphone/o2 or whoever you're with) they can allow adult access.

or do you mean, you cant use adult sites on your mobile due to content settings on your supplier? we found just phoning the supplier and asking them to switch off adult content restrictions off worked fine and didnt need a credit card to do so..

I have the same problem, when at home I connect to WI fi, but when out and about on3g it won't let me connect. I popped into o2 store, gave my mobile number, he did something on till, I got a text with 4 digit code, he entered that on till then explained it couldn't be changed, I am back to square one.

Did you ask why it couldn't be changed to allow adult access? I would go back and try again, sounds ridiculous!

I would go back and try again (to another store if you have one local), and if they say it's unavailable ask why.
