I have the Xperia phone and can't turn on the who's near me!

Does anyone else have the same phone and problem??

It shows some guide on how to do it which makes no sense!!

Where are these location settings???

Sony ericson how to get it working ,click on settings then on location and security then just tick top two boxes .
