I've turned on the who's near me feature and it seems to be picking up people in the North East (I'm south of London!!!)

Hopefully it will work properly soon. Could be a useful little tool

Same here. Saying Livingston and Carrickfergus are within 5 miles of Cardiff!

I'd suggest giving it a few days - units beta and they'll have only just started getting live data.
