When someone winks at you, it is the most direct form of praise and praise. Simply put, they're flirting with you and has no malice in showing it. When a woman or man winks at you, they are saying that they like you. So they are fascinated by you and curious about you. It's no offence.

Why people block someone just for winking???

I agree. It’s not pushy and it can be deleted and forgotten, knowing someone’s appreciated you, or it can be the start of a conversation. I always try to say thanks for the Wink
