Can’t reset password

We need to reset our password but we cannot remember our old password and when we try having information sent to our registered email address we don’t get emails from fab, they suddenly stopped coming through about 6 months

We hope you can help with this as we are long term members and don’t want to have to start all over again

Their workload may be high, so there can be delays. Most support is provided by volunteers, meaning that some things can take a while to be attended to
