When we use the 'who's near on' it never shows those close to our actual location. All we see are those who are on at our home area. Why can't we see those near by to us away from our home?

I'm guessing that it's because fabswingers doesn't have permissions in your settings to access your location.

Your phone system settings will need to have GPS enabled. The web browser that you use m, such as Chrome, Edge, Opera etx, will also need to have this site with permission too, which it would then save for automatic sending to fab, whenever you log in.

If the phone doesn't send your GPS position anytime, Fab just uses your profile postcode that you saved, and then tells you who is near to that postcode.

How you get the settings set up for your phone will depend on the type of phone, such as Android, Windows Mobile, iPhone etc.
